Brownies with Japanese Peanuts Yummi Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 ½ sticks margarine
- 7 ounces of semi-bitter chocolate chips
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup crushed Japanese peanuts

1 ½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup crushed Japanese peanuts
Preparation
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix both types of chocolate chips and melt them in a double boiler over low heat.
- Step 2: Remove from heat and add the sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir well and add one egg at a time.
- Step 3: Add the flour little by little and finally the peanuts.
- Step 4: Place in a baking pan lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Step 5: Let cool completely before cutting.
