Dressing Thai with Yummi Nuts Peanut with Lemon
Ingredients
- 1 package of Yummi Nuts Peanut with Lemon
- 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
- Step 1: Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to the desired consistency. If it seems too creamy, add water little by little.
