- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 bag of chopped Yummi Nuts Omega Mix

Preparation
- Step 1: Place the chocolate chips in a bowl over a pot of water and melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Step 2: In a mini muffin tin fill halfway with chocolate. Cover with the crushed peanuts and finish with another layer of chocolate.
- Step 3: Place in the refrigerator until hardened.
