Party Mix Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- Melted chocolate
- 1 package Party Mix

Preparation
- Step 1: Mix the yogurt with the peanut butter and honey in a bowl.
- Step 2: In a glass or cup assemble your parfait in layers as follows:
- Yogurt layer
- Melted chocolate layer
- Fiesta Mix
- Shredded coconut
- Repeat the procedure until all the ingredients are used and the cup is full.
