Pasta Feather with Cashew Pesto with Yummi Nuts Cashew with Salt

Ingredients

  • For the pesto:
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • ¼ cup cashew seed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the pasta:
  • 1 package of feather pasta
  • ¾ cup of the water where you cooked the pasta
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

2 cups fresh basil
¼ cup cashew seed
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the pasta:
1 package of feather pasta
¾ cup of the water where you cooked the pasta
Parmesan cheese for serving
Yummi Nuts Cashew with Salt

Preparation

  • For the pesto:
  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until you have a homogeneous puree.
  • Step 2: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • For the pasta:
  • Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  • Step 2: Drain it and reserve ¾ cup of the water where you cooked it.
  • Step 3: Mix the pasta with the pesto and add ¼ cup of water.
  • Step 4: Stir it slowly; little by little add the water to integrate it well.
