Peanut Cookies with Yummi Nuts with Salt
Ingredients
- 1 stick of margarine
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup of Yummi Nuts Peanut with Salt
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate chips melted

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate chips melted
Preparation
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350º F.
- Step 2: In a bowl, cream the sugars with the margarine with an electric mixer.
- Step 3: Add the vanilla and the egg.
- Step 4: Then the flour and mix well.
- Step 5: Add the peanuts and stir with a wooden paddle.
- Step 6: Spoon mixture into greased cookie sheet, leaving two inches between each.
- Step 7: Bake for 10 minutes.
- Step 8: Let them cool on a rack and pour the chocolate on top making lines.
